Visits & dispatch

The right visit, the right person, the right order.

Pool the day's appointments, let the console suggest routes and assignments — by beat, road distance, workload and rotation — then commit the plan straight to executives' phones.

Explainable auto-assignment

A transparent rule ladder — beat fit, real road proximity, workload balance, least-recently-assigned rotation — assigns pooled visits automatically and logs the reason for every single decision. You can always answer "why them?".

  • Real road distances, cached so each pair is priced once ever
  • Every decision logged with its rule
  • Manual staging with live clash detection before commit

Visit rules per type

Each appointment type carries its own contract: check-in radius and verification, forms in and out, masked fields for sensitive data, call gating, success definitions and reimbursement rules. A "Client Visit" and a "Delivery" behave differently because they are different.

  • Check-in/out geo rules & face verification per type
  • Success definitions: outcome, duration or form
  • Field masking & call gating for data discipline

The full visit record

Every visit accumulates its story: check-in and out with locations, comments with photos, form responses, the outcome with sentiment, collaborator actions and a complete history — one drawer, everything.

  • Photo comments from the field
  • Outcome + sentiment on completion
  • Complete history, including auto-assign reasons

Good questions

FAQ

Can I override what auto-assignment decides?

Always. Auto-assignment fills the pool; managers can stage, reshuffle and reassign anything before or after. The system proposes, you dispose.

How are route distances calculated?

By a real routing engine over roads, not straight lines — and each origin-destination pair is cached permanently, so the same pair is never paid for twice.

Do executives get the plan on their phones?

Yes — committing the plan writes it to the same appointments the mobile app reads, instantly.
